B.: December 31st ★ H E I G H T: 5 feet and 8 inches ★ W E I G H T: 124 lbs ★ A P P E A R A N C E: Tall and slender, Arashi has the perfect build for both speed and power, though she may not look it at first glance. Her skin is slightly tanned from spending hours upon hours in the sun, a variety of scars marring her skin but none very note worthy. Her hair is a deep raven black cut in two layers. The upper layer is short, straight bangs across her forehead with longer tuffs framing her face, the back slightly spiky. The second layer is long, but held in ribbon covered braids than end in gold ringlets around the length of her hips. Her eyes are a rather unique golden color, slotted eye shape giving her a rather aggressive expression no matter what she tries. Her clothing varies depending on what she’s doing. During most missions, she can be seen in her ANBU armor and white porcelain mask with a simple purple swirl across it. Other than that, she can be often seen in more casual clothing. Seemingly friendly in appearance, there are many sides to Arashi. Just because she looks soft doesn’t mean she is. Though not as quick tempered as she was in her younger years, it’s always best to stay on this women’s good side. She isn’t rash anymore but she’d be more than happy to give someone a piece of her mind if they piss her off, no matter who it is. She has many tomboy attributes but can always hold a diplomatic grace when needed, especially when dealing with people who aren't from her village. ★ L I K E S: ♥ Traveling ★ D I S L I K E S: ✗ War ★ E T C E T E R A: Though not the most ideal of conditions, Arashi was born into a life of uncertainty. Her parents were nomads from the Land of Waves, traveling with the seasons though mostly finding their home among the villagers of this land. They were careful people who were very wary of the Hidden Village of Kiri not too far from the place they called home. Too many rumors had spread for them not to be. But, even their carefulness couldn’t stop what was to come. Arashi mother, Nami, had just given birth to the couple first child one late night in the cold wake of winter when it happened. Some kind of attack that raged the land. Before they really knew what was happening, shinobi made themselves known and Nami and her husband Koriyu couldn’t stop them from taking their child away. There really was no set rhyme or reason for Arashi being taken from them, other than the fact that she was a new born infant, perfect for sealing away the Six-Tailed Beast. Kiri had no intention of giving the child back but her parents wouldn’t give up without a fight. All Arashi knew was that Nami got her back, though her father never made it out of the Hidden Mist. Scarred and alone, Nami took the baby to the home of the family, Kumogakure, in the Land of Lightning. Her family welcomed her, but they were hesitant about the baby and were forced to take council with the Raikage. He agreed to shelter the pair on one condition: Arashi would become a shinobi of their village. Nami agreed, reluctantly. As soon as she was old enough, Arashi’s training began. She had to be strong enough to fully control the bijuu inside her so there was no leniency. She was taught jutsu of her natural element, water, to enhance her chakra control to begin with. She seemed to have a talent for jutsu so this training continued before the pace switched to survival training. Arashi proved herself quick and agile, with rather skilled aim. She could recall one of her instructor murmuring to another that she was “made to kill”. Back then, she didn’t understand. No one, say for a select few, knew about the six tails. Arashi herself didn’t learn till she was thirteen, an official Chuunin in the village. Despite what everyone thought, she took it rather well. Arashi’s life was consumed with a basic routine. Training, missions, meditation. There was no time for fun and games. She was a tool for the village. Anyone who didn’t know what she was, simply thought her a talented younger women. Boy, were they wrong. By the age of twenty-eight, Arashi was a sharpened weapon and a trained killer, known in the Bingo Books as Akuma no Aijin. The Devil’s Mistress. Though her real goal is to become a full blown hunter ninja, Arashi settled with the rank of a Jounin, an ANBU whenever she is needed. Houmatsu no Jutsu - Bubbles Technique: With the Bijuu’s ability to merge wind and water jutsu, the Jinchuuriki can create bubbles that will explode on command. Along with moving at high speeds through the air, they can be created at almost any size but require a few more seconds to make the larger ones. Mochi– Sticky Rice cake: This inherent ability allows Rokubi ‘s host to turn their body into a sticky wax like substance. While doing so, they are able to reform body parts and heal from most wounds. Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique: Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away. Ja no Kuchi - Serpent Mouth: Suiton • Ja no Kuchi is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow her target. Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water: Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids. Suiryuudan no Jutsu - Water Dragon Projectile Technique: Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target. Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness. Hiraishin - Sparking Electric Needle: Raiton • Hiraishin is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with her opponent, the user will raise her arm into the air. She will then generate a bolt of electricity which will travel through her body into the body of her opponent. Jibashiri - Earth Flash: Raiton • Jibashiri is a Ninjutsu utilzing the Lightning Element. After soaking her opponent with a Suiton, the user will unleash an electric current which will run along the ground towards her opponent. Kokohi no Jutsu - False Place Technique: Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object. Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu - Sly Mind Affect Technique: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over. Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion • Hell Viewing Technique: Magen • Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The ninja will use the serpent hand seal to cause a circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast the world will appear normal to the target until they see the illusion. Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique: Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.
