This element is called Ekton, Liquid jutsus. Ekton allow the user to control every liquid that they can feel and see, from the tea that a person is drinking to the water in the air. This is first step also to using the four other techniques. After mastering this they can move to Hydro Maelstrom. [b-ranked/closed ranged] Hydro Maelstrom: since the clan is typically a tracker clan, that’s what this technique is for. This is a technique were most people settle for, this requires knowing how much water is the air, drawing it out and creating a storm barrage, not as big as the Paragon Maelstrom, but one that would allow the person to know the area best, to see what’s around, especially water. [a-rank/close to mid range] Paragon Maelstrom: Just like Hydro Maelstrom, but this requires five people to control a large storm that can break up the area. Typically used to track down group of people since Himitsu members try to work together more than with people of the clan. [a-rank/close to far range] Hydro Cure: Rarest and hardest of clan techniques to achieve. Unlike most medical ninjutsu this one requires water and can help up to two people at time as long as the user knows where the problem lies at. It doesn’t require any herbs but a lot of chakra from the user since they are cleansing the problem of a downed comrade. [s-rank/close range] Chi no Kontororu [Blood Control]: Forbidden from anyone in the rank, this requires a blood bond between the user and their target. It’s easiest for the person to control those in the clan but harder for them to control those out of the clan. Depending on how much chakra the person uses is how many they can control. It was said a man was able to control up to 10 people, anymore and it could cause death. What is the blood contract? A blood bond, the scarcest act from one person to another, most of it can be forced and others can be out of brotherhood. This requires both to have an open wound and to shake hands or any other way for them to share blood. What does it take to control others? Why are members of the clan easier to control? After the blood bond is completed, that blood from the caster will run through the victim, it may sounds like the victim can use this jutsu too but that’s not true, since the casters body is already to use the jutsu because of their Kekkai Genkai unlike the victim that’s outside of the clan. Since people are all of the same blood line, meaning that there would have been in-breeding, they all have the same blood today despite in-breeding or marriage out of the village. Controlling them is easy because everyone in the clan almost has the same thought process and habits they form from training together. How do you control more than one person? Once more once a blood bond is created between two people as long as the people are within a close proximity, the user can control the victim, the highest controlled had been ten, no more had been used because the caster could possibly go mad and kill themselves off. How does it affect the user’s body? Since this is a dark art, the user’s mind typically escapes to their darker selves, that is unless they’ve made a blood bond with someone close to them, then they slow go to their evil self more slowly than if they were controlling a lot of people for a time. How much chakra strain does it put on the caster and the victim? Since this is a S-Rank jutsu not just anyone can do this jutsu, since there are people almost I the same rank as the Four Masters, only a handful would be allowed to use this jutsu. The person needs to have enough anger and hatred in their life or else most of strain in using this jutsu taking a toll on the persons mind and body. As for the victim, they only feel the strain physically from the jutsu. Both share that physical strain so if the caster lets go, there’s a good chance the victim will pass out along with the caster. [s-rank/close to mid range] ❧ H I S T O R Y:Blue, White, Green, Red; all four are the masters of the clan, they keep balance making sure everything is fair for their people, or those of their color. It wasn’t always like this, when the clan first started it was always to strongest that would lead the clan. They had always been located in the Kiri area, protecting boarders with their special powers. For years it took time for the clan to control the power that they had received, unlike most people of Kiri would can control water and possibly another element, but for these people it’s in their dna to control all water. They had found just like most other releases can be combined to create Ekto and when most other members attempted to learn other elements, it was either really weak or didn’t work at all. For a while, they had been a peaceful clan that was until one person rose up in the ranks and controlled the clan. A man named Kapaneus. Everyone feared him and his power, one that could control people, make them move when they didn’t want and stopped people in their tracks. These technique was called Chi no Kontororu, blood control, it’s now forbidden to use in the clan and has never been taught, and those who resemble from his line are down looked down and deemed possibly dangerous. There was one person who had stopped Kapaneus; it was his lover, even though she denied it in front of the clan. Her powers were more for healing than destroying or controlling, Hydro Cure; Mizuki was meant to be a background character and a healer, her light blue hair made it so. And since her powers along with those around her they were able to stop the monster of their clan. With that blue hair or blue eyes are deemed special and is given special treatment. Today, people don’t talk about the clans past and has been whispered that it’s all just a myth. Himitsu members work to store up chakra to be given permission of the Four Masters to be allowed to use their clan’s special ninjutsus. Most are given permission but most need to be held back and given more training. The youngest who had gotten these techniques was 20 and the oldest was 45, it all depends on the person and how well they train and strive to help their clan and their village.[style]
